About us
Broad roots, with clear focus
Our base is in the Netherlands, where we have most of our clients. From our ‘roots’ we also have clients in Germany and Poland. This makes for an interesting mix, in which we integrate our knowledge of the different cultures. We mainly use our expertise in organization development in the following sectors: logistics, technical services, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale. However, we just as easily shift our focus to other or new areas.

On the one hand, we rely on Monika’s experience: more than 20 years in senior HR positions, within international companies. On the other hand, Marc has more than 25 years of experience at board and (senior) management level. He did this at both large and SME companies and family businesses. For us this is the ideal combination, from which we support your organization development.

Where we join forces, we strengthen each other.
Our broad knowledge and experience help us get to the core of the matter, and therefore also the solution. We quickly find our way in sometimes complex organizations or issues. In a joint approach – using psychometric analysis and other tools, – we deliver the best result. This applies not only to our cooperation, but also in particular to the cooperation with our clients.

This old quote inspires me when working with teams and individuals. A closed mindset or unwillingness to consider new ideas is costing organizations in reduced productivity and loss of revenue. For individuals, it means they are missing opportunities to develop themselves and achieve their goals. I strongly believe that, with the right support, people can enjoy continuous development and achieve ambitious goals.

These elements of our mindset determine to a large extent our perspective and therefore how we communicate and behave.
