2 day away session with the owner and management team.
Analysing the market (opportunities and threats) and the internal organisation (strengths and weaknesses) to draw up the critical success factors for the company.
Based on the (team) assessment outcomes identifying opportunities how to improve the cooperation and become more effective.
Establish core values and translate these into concrete behaviour.
Workshops to involve all staff about the strategic choices made and to start the roll out of the core values.

Translating critical success factors into clear objectives and an action plan.
Setting up kpi’s and management reporting.
Incorporating core values into HR tools.
Coaching management team (during meetings and on the job) to execute the action plan and to support the roll out of the core values.
