CONTEXT

Family-owned installations company with the need for a clear strategy and
a management team that performs more effectively.

SCOPE

Establishing a clear set of objectives and strategy together with the management team and the owner. Understanding the dynamic within the management team and giving them tools to improve their performance as a team.

APPROACH

  • Individual and team assessments using our MindSonar tool; analyses of values and mindset.
  • 2 day away session with the owner and management team.
    • Analysing the market (opportunities and threats) and the internal organisation (strengths and weaknesses) to draw up the critical success factors for the company.
    • Based on the (team) assessment outcomes identifying opportunities how to improve the cooperation and become more effective.
    • Establish core values and translate these into concrete behaviour.
  • Workshops to involve all staff about the strategic choices made and to start the roll out of the core values.
  • Follow up by:
    • Translating critical success factors into clear objectives and an action plan.
    • Setting up kpi’s and management reporting.
    • Incorporating core values into HR tools. 
    • Coaching management team (during meetings and on the job) to execute the action plan and to support the roll out of the core values.
