CONTEXT

A logistic services provider with 5 distribution centers across Poland implementing new customers with more complex requirements. As always, the key to a successful operation lies with the motivation and skills of first line management; the teamleaders.

SCOPE

Motivating and developing 18 teamleaders to successfully implement the new customers and achieve the necessary results with regards to quality
and productivity.

APPROACH

A four-month development program containing:

    • 8 training days; active workshops during which participants play roles, practice in groups and work independently on tasks.
    • Individual coaching sessions.
    • Gamification to increase engagement.
