The operational trap

CONTEXT

Family-owned service & maintenance company struggling to develop the organisation. Whenever initiatives are launched, the hectic of daily operations takes over. Managers experience a lack of time as the cause of not being able to follow up on the initiatives. The question is whether the lack of time is a cause or perhaps more a result. We often find that “lack of time” is the result of an ineffective pattern the team has developed.
