SCOPE
the project included a review of the warehouse lay out and potential process improvements. Furthermore, an improvement plan and budget needed to be delivered and agreed between the local management and shareholder.
APPROACH
Interviews with management and key players within logistics organization.
Review of operational processes.
Analysis of operational and financial management information and results.
Review of investment proposals.
Design a new plan and budget together with local logistics management.
Once plans and budget were approved, follow up on the implementation on behalf of the shareholder.
Results
Improvement plan and budget agreed by management and shareholder.
New warehouse layout and process design implemented.
